Selected work

Systems built for the work that cannot wait.

Proof from production systems—without client-sensitive details, source code, or confidential metrics.

After-hours support triage

Challenge
After-hours calls and voicemails required manual review, creating delay and unnecessary noise for the support team.
What we built
A voice-AI triage workflow that processed call recordings and transcripts, identified caller intent, filtered spam, created tickets, and delivered the relevant context to the team.
Operational result
Manual voicemail review and intake were eliminated, allowing the team to begin with organized, actionable information.

Invoice approval automation

Challenge
Invoice processing relied on manual email and PDF handling, document review, and approval coordination.
What we built
A document-intelligence workflow that extracted vendor, invoice, and amount data from incoming emails and PDFs, prepared documents for review, and routed the process through the team’s existing Microsoft tools.
Operational result
A formerly manual accounts-payable workflow became a connected, repeatable approval process.

Lead intake to CRM

Challenge
New website leads needed qualification and fast routing to the sales team.
What we built
A conversational AI intake experience connected directly to the CRM, gathering context from prospective customers and creating qualified lead records in real time.
Operational result
The sales team received structured, qualified information without manually transferring web-conversation details into the CRM.

Contact-center visibility

Challenge
Call, email, and agent data was fragmented, requiring manual reporting and leaving managers without timely operational visibility.
What we built
Automated data pipelines and a reporting layer that centralized contact-center activity, added reconciliation checks and alerts, and made key queue and agent information available close to real time.
Operational result
Managers gained faster visibility into operational performance while reducing manual reporting work.
